It was worth its 3 stars. Room had everything you needed, coffee and television. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Babylon Coffee Garden, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Excellent access to a train station. Breakfast choices were GREAT. We loved panorama. Easy base for your vacations in Yangon.
